WI Paralyzed Veterans National Trap Shoot 9-22-12

Troop 1468 Scouts had the great opportunity to participate in the flag raising ceremony at the Wisconsin Paralyzed Veterans National Trap Shoot on 9-22-12 at the Brown County Sportsmens Club.  They also volunteered to retrieve empty shells after each shooting session.  This was a wonderful experience for the scouts.   There were  license plates from California, Georgia, Texas, Minnesota, South Dakota and many more.  Many of the wives thanked us for what we did.  Mrs. Doyle, wife of a Vietnam Vet, said she wanted to pass on how much this means to the wives who see day to day what these vets go through.  She stated how great we made her feel and she said it even means more to her husband.  Great team effort!  Way to go Troop 1468.
